IPOH: A senior citizen is appealing to her nephew to return home and to visit his parents’ graves.

According to Lee Choon Yoong, 73, it was her late sister’s dying wish to have Yim Poh Wah come home to pay his respects.

Yim, now 53, used to run a motorcycle shop in Taman Shatin but it was unsuccessful. He told his parents that he was going abroad to work about a decade ago but did not say where he was going.

His parents, both former odd job workers, had tried to find Yim who used to stay in Bukit Merah in Menglembu.

Yim, a former SMJK Yuk Choy student, was skinny, about 1.7m tall and has a distinctive harelip.

Mohd Rawi said he hoped Yim would respond to this appeal.

Yim or those with information of his whereabouts can call Perak Barisan Nasional Public Service and Complaints Bureau chief Mohd Rawi Abdullah at 019-516 8338 or 016-554 6655.
